OCTO
A SANCTUARY FOR THE SENSES
Octo is an invitation to slow down. Inspired by the timeless rituals of gathering, beauty and connection, it brings together considered design, warm hospitality and an atmosphere designed to make the outside world feel a little further away. Every detail is intentional, from the textures and lighting to the sound and ambience. A place to pause, connect and let the evening unfold naturally.
Rooted legacy
A FAMILIY STORY
Roma began as a family home, passed down through generations who shared a love for hospitality. That legacy shapes how we welcome and cook today.
NÓMAADA
A JOURNEY THROUGH FLAVOUR AND CULTURE
Nómaada is inspired by the constant movement of culture. Drawing from the Amazonian region and the vibrant influences of Asian and West African communities, it brings different worlds together through food, design and hospitality. Every plate is an invitation to explore, from fire-grilled seafood and wok-fried favourites to tacos and Nikkei-inspired dishes. Curious, expressive and rooted in craft, Nómaada celebrates the beauty of discovering something unexpected.
